The GET_RAW stored procedure is used to read binary data from an operating system file.
Applicability
This content applies only to OceanBase Database Enterprise Edition. OceanBase Database Community Edition does not support it.
Syntax
UTL_FILE.GET_RAW (
file IN FILE_TYPE,
buffer OUT NOCOPY RAW,
len IN BINARY_INTEGER DEFAULT NULL)

Usage instructions
GET_RAW can only handle regular file handles opened in byte mode. An exception is thrown if the file handle is invalid, the file is not opened in byte mode, or the handle is returned by FOPEN_NCHAR.
