The TARGET_PROGRAM_RUNNING function determines whether there is a running program in the target session. If a target program is currently running, it returns TRUE; otherwise, it returns FALSE.
Applicability
This content applies only to OceanBase Database Enterprise Edition. OceanBase Database Community Edition does not support it.

Return value
If there are currently running programs in the target session, TRUE is returned; otherwise, FALSE is returned.
