OceanBase Cloud

After creating a cluster, create a database in a MySQL-compatible tenant. This step is not required for Oracle-compatible tenants.

When creating an account in a MySQL-compatible tenant, you can associate it with multiple databases. An account created in an Oracle-compatible tenant has privileges only on its corresponding schema.

OceanBase Cloud provides three database connection methods: public IP address, private IP address, and ODC.

You can connect to a database by using a database client or driver. Select an appropriate connection method based on your requirements.
