The GET_LINE_NCHAR stored procedure is used to read a line of content from an NCHAR text file.
Applicability
This content applies only to OceanBase Database Enterprise Edition. OceanBase Database Community Edition does not support it.
Syntax
UTL_FILE.GET_LINE_NCHAR (
file IN FILE_TYPE,
buffer OUT NVARCHAR2,
len IN BINARY_INTEGER DEFAULT NULL)

Usage instructions
This stored procedure reads content from the current file position and stops when it encounters a line terminator or the end of the file. The returned content does not contain line terminators. Using the file handle returned by the regular FOPEN function will trigger a CHARSETMISMATCH exception.
