The CAST_TO_NVARCHAR2 function converts a RAW value represented by a certain number of bytes into an NVARCHAR2 value with the same number of bytes.
Note
When converted to NVARCHAR2, the current globalization-supported national character set is applied to the characters in that NVARCHAR2.
Applicability
This content applies only to OceanBase Database Enterprise Edition. OceanBase Database Community Edition provides only the MySQL-compatible mode.
