View the table restore result

After the table restore job ends, you can view the table restore result.

Procedure

1. Log in as the root user to the sys tenant of the cluster where the destination tenant resides.

2. Execute the following statement to check the table restore result:

   • View the result of the entire table restore job:

     obclient [(none)]> SELECT * FROM oceanbase.CDB_OB_RECOVER_TABLE_JOB_HISTORY\G

The query result is as follows:

     *************************** 1. row ***************************
                 TENANT_ID: 1
                    JOB_ID: 1

The columns in the CDB_OB_RECOVER_TABLE_JOB_HISTORY view correspond to those in the CDB_OB_RECOVER_TABLE_JOBS view. The COMMENT column records the error information of a failed job.

   • View the result of data restore in the auxiliary tenant:

     obclient [(none)]> SELECT * FROM oceanbase.CDB_OB_RESTORE_HISTORY\G

Data restore in an auxiliary tenant is the same as physical restore of a tenant. For more information about how to view physical restore results, see View physical restore results.

   • View the result of data import to the destination tenant:

     obclient [(none)]> SELECT * FROM oceanbase.CDB_OB_IMPORT_TABLE_JOB_HISTORY\G

The query result is as follows:

     *************************** 1. row ***************************
