Overview

JDBC 2.4.0 introduces support for the OB2.0 protocol and provides end-to-end tracing capabilities in collaboration with OceanBase Database and ODP. This version is recommended for regular business use and is suggested to be used with OceanBase Database V4.0.0.

Feature enhancements

• Added support for the OB2.0 protocol via the useOceanBaseProtocolV20 control, which is enabled by default.

• Added support for end-to-end tracing in collaboration with OceanBase Database and ODP via the enableFullLinkTrace control, which is disabled by default. When enableFullLinkTrace is set to true, useOceanBaseProtocolV20 will also be forcibly changed to true.

Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where LoadBalance in daemon thread mode reported the No active connection found for master exception during network fluctuations.

• Fixed an issue where the Server returned an exception due to the ArrayBinding setNull API.

• Fixed an issue under the PS two-in-one protocol (useServerPrepStmts=true&useOraclePrepareExecute=true) where Procedures were called in a loop, but only the first one closed the PS.
