This topic is for data analysts and business users. It describes the complete process of subscribing to an agent in the Agent Marketplace, asking questions and verifying results, and using applications and reports published by engineers for downloading and sharing.
Prerequisites
You have logged in as an analyst and joined the target workspace.
An engineer has published the target agent, and its visibility covers the current workspace.
The current agent allows the corresponding file types when file analysis is required.
Step 1: Subscribe to an agent
Switch to the analyst perspective and go to Agent Marketplace. You can search for agents by name or purpose, or sort them by update time to view recently released content.
Verify the agent's name, description, and publisher, then click Subscribe.
For more information, see Agent Marketplace and subscription.
Step 2: Start a question
- In My Agents, click Get Started to confirm you are on the correct agent.
- Create a new session and first ask a scope confirmation question that does not depend on attachments, such as asking what data scope and time interval the agent covers.
- After sending the question, wait for the streaming answer to finish; do not resubmit during processing.
- Verify the data metrics, time range, and conclusion in the answer. Check the data collection process to confirm the source of the results.
Success criterion: The answer is written to the session in a final state, and you can verify the data sources and time range it uses.
For more information, see Initiate a dialogue analysis.
Step 3: Use applications and download/share
In My Agents, switch to the Applications view to view the published applications (reports, dashboards, data walls, multi-dimensional tables, etc.) that you have access to under the current agent.
After opening an application, verify its name and type. You can perform viewing, filtering, or interactive actions provided on the page. When you need the agent to explain the application results, switch back to the dialogue and mention the application name and focus points.
To retain a report, you can click Open in new window to enter a standalone view. Switch to the target version and then click Download: Markdown downloads the content as text, while HTML preserves the web page format.
To collaborate externally, use Share: First, select the correct snapshot, then set an access key according to the page's capabilities, and verify the link's accessibility with an account without sensitive permissions.
Success criterion: The application content can be read normally; downloading is confirmed when the browser receives the target file; sharing is confirmed when the page returns a copyable link and displays the current access policy.
For more information, see View and share reports and Data export.
