  • Version: V2.2.3

Overview

OceanBase Connector/J V2.2.3 introduces features such as direct connection to ODP, JDBC Socks Proxy, recording SQL network transmission time, enriches URL options, and fixes customer issues. It is ready for routine business use.

Feature enhancements

  • Added JDBC Socks Proxy functionality.
  • Added URL options: useUnicode, prepStmtCacheSqlLimit, useLocalTransactionState, and useLocalSessionState.
  • Added the networkStatistics feature to record SQL network transmission time.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed an issue where a NPE occurred in the prepareCall of a stored procedure due to missing URL database information in Oracle-compatible mode.
  • Fixed an issue where a float column could not be converted to a BigDecimal in Oracle-compatible mode.
  • Fixed an issue where type values in OceanBase Database's Oracle-compatible mode were inconsistent with Oracle.
  • Fixed an issue where getWarnings returned NULL in Oracle-compatible mode.
  • Fixed an issue where a checksum error occurred under JDBC GB2312 encoding.

Notice

When characterEncoding=true is set in the current version and the tenant's character set encoding is GBK, data queries and inserts may result in garbled characters.
